Part1: Basic incompatibility of Western thought and Muslim theocracy…

“Not all Muslims are terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims,” said radio talk show host Peter Boyles last week on www.khow.com in Denver, Colorado.

Boyles’ remarks followed a horrific mass killing by Muslim U.S. Army Major Nadal Malik Hasan at Fort Hood, Texas. Hasan blasted away at 42 military personnel and civilians as they stood defenseless in line awaiting deployment processing for the Middle East. He screamed, “Allah Akbar, Allah Akbar!” while unloading his firearms into the bodies of U.S. troops.

A female off-duty police officer waded into the chaos with her gun blazing until she brought him down with four shots. He lays in a Fort Hood hospital bed in critical condition.

His condition stands as a warning and a metaphor for the United States of America as it places itself in critical danger by importing millions from incompatible cultures and languages into America at breakneck speed. It reminds me of students in a chemistry class pouring unknown chemicals into a beaker and hoping it doesn’t boil over or blow up.

This incident isn’t the first time. U.S. Army Muslim Sergeant Hasan Akbar threw a grenade into a tent at the beginning of the Iraq War, which killed three U.S. Army officers.

The philosopher Emanuel Kant said, “Religion and language are the two great dividers of humanity.”

First of all, Islam’s basic tenant means, “Submission.” Imams say that Islam remains a religion of peace, but they fail to tell listeners that peace will arrive only when Islam becomes the sole religion in the world. Its prime directive in the Koran reads, “…convert or kill all non-believers, starting with the Jews.”

If you look at Islam in the modern world, its terror tactics began in Munich, Germany 1972 with the mass killings of Jewish athletes at the Olympics. From that point, every major mass murder, or killing attempt across the planet stems from Muslim terrorists at regional levels all the way to the 19 Muslims that brought down the World Trade Towers. Muslim terrorists brought down Pan American airlines at Lockerbie, blew up barracks filled with soldiers in Africa, bombed night clubs in Balli, killed Theo Van Gogh, train bombings in Madrid, Spain; subway bombings in London, 9/11, Fort Dix six, and dozens of other killings or attempted bombings. Muslims place ‘fatwa’s’, (a death threat for life) against writers, speakers and political leaders such as Hirsi Ali in Holland for standing up against Islam. Muslims do not tolerate free speech, free choice of religion and they do not tolerate women as equals.

Two weeks ago, in Detroit, Michigan, 11 Muslims fought FBI agents with calls to create a separate Muslim state in Michigan under Sharia Law. Muslims rioted in Sweden this summer against Jewish tennis players playing in that country. Muslims rioted in November 2007 in France.

Amil Imani , “Islam is Fire” , September 12, 2009, said, “The Islamic fire, fueled by immense oil income, is raging in certain regions of the world, smoldering in others, and is ready to ignite in yet other parts of the world. It is imperative for the free people of the world to abandon all illusions about Islam and put out its fire, once and for all. Multiculturalism, live and-let live, is a delusion of kind-hearted naïve people. Islam, as fractured as it is, is a non-compromising mono-culture; a cruel culture of a primitive people handed down by Muhammad some 1400 years ago.”

Most Americans sit and watch with total oblivion of the march of Islam into America. In 1990, only 100,000 Muslims inhabited the United States. Today, over eight million spread across the country with over 1,000 mosques and growing. We import over 1,500 Muslim refugees every thirty days into America. They stand in diametrical opposition to a republican form of government and equal rights for women.

At the same time, honor killings, female genital mutilation, violence toward women and hostility toward Americans accelerates.

“Immigrants devoted to their own cultures and religions are not influenced by the secular politically correct façade that dominates academia, news-media, entertainment, education, religious and political thinking today,” said James Walsh, former Associate General Counsel of the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service. “They claim the right not to assimilate, and the day is coming when the question will be how can the United States regulate the defiantly unassimilated cultures, religions and mores of foreign lands? Such immigrants say their traditions trump the U.S. legal system. Balkanization of the United States has begun.”

For example, Muslims practice female genital mutilation (FGM). It’s 6th century Dark Ages barbarism alive in the 21st century. It occurs today in Detroit, Michigan, Freemont, California and Denver, Colorado, and wherever Islam grows in America. Seven years ago, hundreds of cases of little girls suffering from infected genitalia, after being slashed with razors and glass, landed in Colorado hospitals from the FGM ritual. Islamic practitioners, without sterile room technique or anesthesia, cut out the labia majora and minora as well as the clitoris of girls, usually less than nine years of age.

Led by Colorado House Representative Dorothy Rupert, lawmakers passed a new law to halt it. The practice didn’t stop; it torpedoed underground. What happens when Muslim culture becomes the majority and votes it into legal practice?

Have you seen a country devolve? In the Middle East today, Muslims stone women to death for adultery. They won’t allow women to drive. Women cannot go out in public without a male relative at their side. They demand separate swimming pool times for men and women. They make women hide their faces with a burka into ‘non-beingness’. They practice Sharia Law which proves harsh and diametrically opposed to parliamentary law.

Don’t think it can happen in America? Fox News, July 25, 2008 reported a Muslim honor killing in Garrett, Texas when a 12 year old girl called 911, screaming, “My dad shot me; I am dying.” She died before an ambulance arrived. Reason: father didn’t like her wearing western jeans and blouses.

In Clayton County, Georgia, July 10, 2008, a Pakistani immigrant father, Chaudry Rashid strangled his daughter for not accepting his choice of a husband. She wanted a divorce. She was 14 when she died.

In New York, February 16, 2009, FOX News, Joshua Rhett Miller reported, “The estranged wife of a Muslim television executive feared for her life after filing for divorce last month from her abusive husband,” her attorney said — and was found beheaded Thursday in his upstate New York television studio. Aasiya Z. Hassan, 37, was found dead on Thursday at the offices of Bridges TV in Orchard Park, N.Y., near Buffalo. Her husband, Muzzammil Hassan, 44, has reportedly been charged with second-degree murder. “She was very much aware of the potential ramification of her filing for divorce might have,” said attorney Elizabeth DiPirro, whose law firm represented Aasiya Hassan in the divorce proceeding. “But she wanted to proceed despite the potential for it to erupt.”

Under Sharia Law in the Middle East, such an ‘honor killing’ remains accepted in Islamic society. Ann Curry on NBC hosted a news piece, “Honor Killings in America.” She reported on the astounding rise of honor killings in America by Muslim immigrants.

Last week, in Glendale, Arizona, an immigrant father, Faleh Hassan Almaleki, ran down with his Jeep truck and killed his daughter Noor for being too “Westernized.” Her crime? She liked to wear jeans. A sane person might ask, “Why did he immigrate to America and why did he bring his daughter?”

Worldwide, Muslim husbands and brothers kill 5,000 women every year, year in and year out—for disobeying them. You see, Mohammed the prophet proved an illiterate tribal war leader who cut his enemies’ heads and fingers off if they disobeyed him. His barbarism remains with Islam today.

As their numbers grow in host countries, they displace laws, culture, language and finally, take over. America will prove the last stand of humanity and Christianity against Islam’s onslaught. So, far, the USA is losing its language, customs and culture—to Islam. Of course, you see the same nightmare occurring in Sweden, United Kingdom, France, Austria, Norway, Holland, Belgium, Spain and Germany.

Part 1: Illiteracy leads to shoplifting, babies, crime, gangs…

As an educator in Colorado through the 70s, 80s and 90s, I watched academic standards and expectations drop like a brick in a bucket of water, like a jet fighter plane auguring into the ground, like water cascading over Niagara Falls.

As if guided by an invisible hand nationwide, administrators forced teachers to dumb down the academic requirements. Teachers passed kids to the next grade level… whether those children performed… or not.

Good students dragged down by their illiterate peers

As they failed to cement their educational foundations with the basics— the gaps in their math, science, reading and English skills— created terrible frustrations in their personal lives. When their irritation levels became too great, they ‘gave up’ their pursuit of minimal levels of educational achievement.

Often, while being ‘pushed’ up through grade levels, they acted out their annoyances with disrespect for teachers as they became malcontents, troublemakers or shut down altogether to cope with their growing lack of self-esteem… and failures.

Cannot think critically, read at a fifth grade level or balance a check book.

This year, Paul Robeson High School in Chicago, Illinois featured 115 pregnant girls. That equals not only 115 dumb girls, but 115 dumb boys, which will beget 115 more troubled babies facing horrific futures on all counts. Thus, millions drop out or ‘graduate’ functionally illiterate, i.e., cannot think critically, read at a fifth grade level or balance a check book.

To completely upend and degrade the educational systems of America, the late U.S. Senator Teddy Kennedy, in 1965, passed a bill to inject 1.2 to 1.5 million immigrants into the equation annually. While some are doctors and nurses, to be sure, others come from third-world nations with precious few academic skills. They arrive with dozens of languages, cultural bias against education and hostility toward learning.

Forty years later, we have 100 million people added to the United States from disparate cultures around the world, as K-12 educational systems around America grind on in total chaos.

With a 600,000 Middle Eastern immigrant load in central and suburban Detroit, Michigan, as reported by NBC’s Brian Williams, “…76 percent of high school students in Detroit schools flunked out this June… other cities like Chicago, Los Angeles and Houston feature similar dropout rates from 50 to 60 percent… each year 1.2 million teens hit the streets illiterate.”

That leads up to the distressing fact that 1 in 7 Americans remains functionally illiterate:

• The number of adults that are classified as functionally illiterate increases by about 2.25 million each year.
• 20 percent of high school seniors can be classified as being functionally illiterate at the time they graduate.

Where Illiteracy Leads

• 70 percent of prisoners in state and federal systems can be classified as illiterate.
• 85 percent of all juvenile offenders rate as functionally or marginally illiterate.

Yet, with those disturbing figures, our U.S. Congress, by their action and by their inaction, imports an added 2.5 million legal and illegal immigrants into this country every year. That equals over 200,000 every 30 days. AND THE FOLKS FROM THIRD-WORLD NATIONS HAVE HIGH BIRTH RATES. Their kids overwhelm our schools… subverting education for our own children. The immigrants themselves face daunting challenges as to culture, language and jobs.

In Denver, we suffer 85 languages and a 67 percent Denver Public Schools flunkout rate, as reported by the now defunct Rocky Mountain News in a story “What Happened?” Ironically, the ‘Rocky’ bankrupted in 2008 because not enough people could read! The same holds true for dozens of cities across our country.

Becoming a nation of dummies in the 21st Century

What happens when somebody cannot read, write or perform simple math?

If they cannot obtain a labor job, they pursue crime, drugs, alcohol, welfare, homelessness and worse. Such uneducated women usually become pregnant and their children become abused, live in poverty and become wards of the state. Over 13.4 million American children live below the poverty line according to Katie Couric in a recent telecast. An astounding 35 million Americans subsist on food stamps.

Massachusetts; A Glaring Example.

What happens when young adult women fail their educational pursuits? Let’s use one state to show you the underbelly of what’s happening to the United States:

Nearly nine of every 10 teen-agers who gave birth in Massachusetts were unmarried, the highest percentage of out-of-wedlock teen-age births of any state in the nation. According to the most recent data available from the National Center for Health Statistics, 86 percent of the 7,018 mothers under age 20 who gave birth in this state two years ago were not married.

The percentage was higher in Boston, hitting 92 percent. In Springfield, 90 percent of teen-age mothers were unmarried. “It is staggeringly high,” said state Health and Human Services Secretary Charles D. Baker Jr. Additionally, it is estimated that 80 percent of unwed teen mothers end up welfare.

The declining quality of the American work force.

In a penetrating article, Jared Taylor, “The Silent Catastrophe” October 12 2009, “One great, avoidable evil we face is the declining quality of the American work force. The Census Bureau tells us that if immigration continues at its current rate of some two million people a year, whites will become a minority of the under-18 child population in just 14 years— in 2023— and will become a minority of the working population just 16 years later.

The greatest increase will be in Hispanics, who are now dropping out of high school at higher rates than blacks, doing little better than blacks when they manage to stay in school, and are the group least likely to go to college. Demographers are beginning to warn that as well-educated, white baby boomers retire and are replaced by poorly educated blacks and Hispanics, the productivity gains of the last several hundred years will be reversed, and the United States could go into a tailspin.”

“We have the possibility of transforming the American dream into the American tragedy,” says Irwin Kirsch, senior research director at the Educational Testing Service. He warns that our increasingly non-white and immigrant workforce threatens not only our standard of living, but the very survival of republican government (the U.S. is a Republic) based on an informed middle class.

“Here are some of the facts,” said Taylor. “In 2007, 93.5 percent of white and 93.1 percent of Asian 18- to 24-year-olds had graduated from high school. The figures for blacks and Hispanics were 88.8 percent and 72.7 percent, meaning that Hispanics were more than four times more likely than whites… and 2.4 times more likely than blacks… to have failed to graduate from high school.”

Painfully, as witnessed in Detroit, so many poor people shoplifted from grocery stores and retail merchants that the businesses bankrupted or vacated the inner city. Thus, the poor cannot find a place to buy their groceries… even with food stamps. On a national scale, shoplifters hoist $35 million a day in goods from retail stores. We all pay for that massive theft. Think of the implications of adding 70 million more immigrants (half of whom are illiterate) to our cities across America.

John Wayne said, “Life is tough, but it’s even tougher if you’re stupid!”

Americans, led by their indolent politicians, step on the population gas pedal at full bore into the 21st century without a map, route, plan or clue as to how they will solve their own accelerating human population numbers.

In excess of 150 million Americans live and breathe toxic air in overloaded cities. They grind their way through gridlocked traffic five days a week. They kill 44,000 fellow citizens annually in car accidents from clogged highways. Their rivers run with chemicals, fertilizers, herbicides, sewage and other contaminants enough to create 10,000 square mile dead zones where they empty into our oceans. They suffer water shortages so much so, that they completely deplete the Colorado River before it reaches the Pacific. Americans use so many chemicals to grow food; their acidified soils become more unhealthy and toxic to angleworms and nitro-fixing bacteria with each passing year.

Those chemicals in the air, soil and water create millions of cancer deaths annually around the world. Yet, no one advocates banning the contamination of this planet for future generations or the welfare of all other life on Earth.

All the while, humans burn through non-renewable resources such as oil, natural gas, minerals and metals as if there were no tomorrow. While every scientific indicator shows human activity destabilizing Earth’s climate—leaders admonish citizens to change their lights to the curly-cue mercury energy saving lights—as if THAT will solve our dilemma.

While American citizens suffer 15 million unemployed and 35 million subsisting on food stamps as well as 13.4 million Americans living in poverty—our U.S. Congress imports 160,000 foreign workers into this country every 30 days, month in and month out, year in and year out. All total, the U.S. adds 3.1 million more humans, net gain, annually on its way to adding 100 million people by 2035.

While that certain insanity continues, not one congressional member, media outlet or environmental organization addresses the obvious: we exhaust Earth’s ability to mitigate our presence on this planet. Time, Newsweek and US News and World Report dance around the population issue like a mouse trying to escape a hawk. Charlie Rose, 60 Minutes, Matt Lauer, Diane Sawyer, Harry Smith, Brian Williams, Katie Couric, Charles Gibson, Wolf Blitzer and others avoid it at all costs. Yes, they report its mounting consequences, but they won’t touch overpopulation growth.

Bryan Walsh, Time reporter, September 23, 2009, wrote a sobering column, “How much human activity can earth handle?” But nowhere in his piece did he address the population connection!

Walsh said, “The scientific name is the Holocene Age, but climatologists like to call our current climatic phase the Long Summer. The history of Earth’s climate has rarely been smooth. From the moment life began on the planet billions of years ago, the climate has swung drastically and often abruptly from one state to another — from tropical swamp to frozen ice age. Over the past 10,000 years, however, the climate has remained remarkably stable by historical standards: not too warm and not too cold, or Goldilocks weather. That stability has allowed Homo sapiens, numbering perhaps just a few million at the dawn of the Holocene, to thrive; farming has taken hold and civilizations have arisen. Without the Long Summer, that never would have been possible.”

It’s all related

“But as human population has exploded over the past few thousand years, the delicate ecological balance that kept the Long Summer going has become threatened,” Walsh said. “The rise of industrialized agriculture has thrown off Earth’s natural nitrogen and phosphorus cycles, leading to pollution on land and water, while our fossil-fuel addiction has moved billions of tons of carbon from the land into the atmosphere, heating the climate ever more.

“Now a new article in the Sept. 24 issue of Nature says the safe climatic limits in which humanity has blossomed are more vulnerable than ever and that unless we recognize our planetary boundaries and stay within them, we risk total catastrophe. “Human activities have reached a level that could damage the systems that keep Earth in the desirable Holocene state,” writes Johan Rockstrom, executive director of the Stockholm Environmental Institute and the author of the article. “The result could be irreversible and, in some cases, abrupt environmental change, leading to a state less conducive to human development.”

While we multiply our numbers, we degrade our planet-home. But you won’t see any meaningful attention to the root causes!

“Regarding climate change, for instance, Rockstrom proposes an atmospheric-carbon-concentration limit of no more than 350 parts per million — meaning no more than 350 atoms of carbon for every million atoms of air. Before the industrial age, levels were at 280 p.p.m.; currently they’re at 387 p.p.m. and rising. That, scientists believe, should be enough to keep global temperatures from rising more than 2°C above pre-industrial levels, which should be safely below a climatic tipping point that could lead to the wide-scale melting of polar ice sheets, swamping coastal cities. “Transgressing these boundaries will increase the risk of irreversible climate change,” writes Rockstrom.

“That’s the impact of breaching only one of nine planetary boundaries that Rockstrom identifies in the paper,” Walsh said. “Other boundaries involve freshwater overuse, the global agricultural cycle and ozone loss. In each case, he scans the state of science to find ecological limits that we can’t violate, lest we risk passing a tipping point that could throw the planet out of whack for human beings. It’s based on a theory that ecological change occurs not so much cumulatively, but suddenly, after invisible thresholds have been reached. Stay within the lines, and we might just be all right.”

“In three of the nine cases Rockstrom has pointed out, however — climate change, the nitrogen cycle and species loss — we’ve already passed his threshold limits. In the case of global warming, we haven’t yet felt the full effects, Rockstrom says, because carbon acts gradually on the climate — but once warming starts, it may prove hard to stop unless we reduce emissions sharply. Ditto for the nitrogen cycle, where industrialized agriculture already has humanity pouring more chemicals into the land and oceans than the planet can process, and for wildlife loss, where we risk biological collapse. “We can say with some confidence that Earth cannot sustain the current rate of loss without significant erosion of ecosystem resilience,” says Rockstrom.

Walsh said, “Rockstrom’s work delineates the limits to human growth — economically, demographically, ecologically — that we transgress at our peril.”

“Ongoing changes in global chemistry should alarm us about threats to the persistence of life on Earth, whether or not we cross a catastrophic threshold any time soon,” writes William Schlesinger, president of the Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies, in a commentary accompanying the Nature paper.

I encourage you, fellow citizen, to take action, to push this issue toward the front burner. If you don’t, as you look out across the political landscape, who will? You haven’t heard one word from anyone in Congress and even President Obama. No matter how much conservation we practice at whatever level, everything becomes negated by adding 100 million people to this civilization and another 100 million after that, etc.

We need a “US Sustainable Immigration Policy” of a maximum of 100,000 annually; “US Water Usage Policy” and “US Sustainable Population Policy” in the 21st century if we expect to remain a viable civilization in the coming decades.

$20 Per Gallon of Gasoline

Part 1: A book review

At one time, as a kid, I flipped a dime to the cashier to watch Vincent Price scare the heck out of me at a movie. I pulled out a nickel to pay for a Snickers candy bar. I bought a hamburger for 15 cents. I bought a school lunch for 35 cents. When I hit 16 with my ‘57 Chevy, I paid 29 cents a gallon of gas. I gobbled popcorn for a dime while I watched John Wayne in Rio Bravo.

On my office wall, I enjoy a picture titled “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” depicting a Hollywood Diner with Marilyn Monroe sitting on a bar stool, Elvis Presley sneering at me, James Dean scowling into his leather jacket and Marlon Brando standing in a muscle T-shirt—quite handsome I might add!

Those stars defined America in the 50s, 60s and 70s. At the time, we thought they and we would live forever. No doubt a candy bar could always be bought for a nickel. And, of course, a gallon of gas would always remain at 29 cents a gallon!

Today, I bought a $1.69 Snickers at Walgreens. A movie sucked $10 out of my wallet last Friday night as I watched Julie and Julia. I laughed a lot! A hamburger costs up to $5.00 depending on where you buy it. Popcorn at the movies goes for $6.00 a bucket! And gasoline? It hit $4.50 a gallon last year, but remains at $2.55 this summer in Colorado.

Even that’s about to change!

It’s called “Peak Oil” hitting around 2010. Yes, we still enjoy half the world’s oil supply beneath the surface of the earth, but it’s farther down, harder and more costly to drill and it lies beneath the ground of many unstable countries. And, whether you like it or not, the fact is—as the USA burns 20 million barrels per day and the other countries burn another 64 million barrels of oil per DAY, the cost of oil will inevitably rise to $20 a gallon. It’s already $8.00 a gallon in Europe.

Expect everything to change: your life, your city, your state, your transportation means, your speed of life, your food intake, your housing and your way of life.

Once President George H.W. Bush said, “The American Way of life is non-negotiable.”

Mother Nature replied, “Wanna bet!”

In a new book, $20 Per Gallon by Chris Steiner, our civilization faces abrupt, escalating and dramatic change as the cost of gallon of gas inexorably grows from $5.00, $8.00, $10.00, $12.00 to ultimately $20.00 per gallon.

It will change everything in our civilization. It will change the whole thing the way the Model T changed everything from a horse drawn and coal-fired train era to modern automobile freeways. Expect a return to the basics as the price of oil escalates!

Most Americans think we are exceptional both as a society and a species. We think divine providence guides us. We think our superior intellect will ‘discover’ alternative energies. Sorry, not going to happen! We find ourselves in a sobering predicament.

As we both know there is no way that alternative energy sources can supply the amount of per capita energy we enjoy now, much less for the 9 billion expected by 2050. And energy is what keeps this game going. We are involved in a Faustian bargain—selling our economic souls for the luxurious life of the moment, but sooner or later the price has to be paid.” Walter Youngquist

“There’s something guttural, something personal, about the price of gas,” Steiner said. “During 2008, a year when gas prices rose, Americans drove 100 billion less miles.

Why the price of oil will keep rising!

“The sunny “this is merely a passing bubble” outlook—unfortunately for Hummer drivers and the airlines—has taken no measure of world economics, demographics, or capitalism. The following two statements, in most sane circles, are accepted as fact:

1. The demand for oil will gradually increase and will continue to increase as the global middle class expands.

2. The oil that remains in the earth will be more and more expensive to locate and extract.

Those two statements lead us to a third conclusion:

3. The price of gas will climb to prices far past where we’re at right now.

4. “The world’s total population will jump by 1 billion in the coming twelve years,” Steiner said. “But the middle class will add 1.8 billion to its ranks, 600 million of them in China alone.”

China adds 27,000 cars to their highways every seven days. They expect to burn 98 million barrels of oil PER DAY by 2030. You can verify that number in The Long Emergency by James Howard Kunstler. As you can imagine, they won’t make it! But neither will we!

M. King Hubbert, famed geologist, projected Peak Oil and decline for the United States in 1970. Indeed, we dropped from nine million barrels daily to three million. We currently produce 2.7 million barrels daily. With the late Dr. Ali Samsam Bakhtiari, director of National Iranian Oil Company, he talked about world oil supply, “After some 147 years of almost uninterrupted supply growth to a record output of some 82 million barrels per day in the summer of 2006, crude oil production has since entered its irreversible decline. It will eventually come to affect everything else under the sun.”

“The United States has now burned through 70 percent of its extractable oil,” Steiner said. “But we’re so desperate that we’re drilling at a pace we haven’t approached in more than two decades: 40,000 new wells a year. But production continues to decline. What’s jarring: the declining production of half of the twenty largest oil-producing countries.”

Hang on to your hats folks! Part two will deal with how our lives will change for every jump in gas prices. We may hang on from $3.00 a gallon to $8.00 a gallon, but after that, $10.00 a gallon and beyond will change our civilization dramatically. As I look up at my picture of Elvis, Marilyn, Brando and Dean, I cannot help but mourn the loss of once was, but will never be again.

Iraq and Afghanistan

Two Purposeless Wars…

The Vietnam War proved a complete waste of money, time and 58,300 American lives along with 350,000 horribly wounded. Subsequently, studies show between 150,000 to 200,000 American veterans eventually committed suicide from their war traumas. Additionally, Vietnam caused countless divorces and fatherless children as well as drug and alcohol abuse that ravaged hundreds of thousands of veterans. Several million Vietnamese died. After 10 years, we vacated Vietnam while accomplishing nothing.

President Lyndon Baines Johnson started the war with his contrived “Gulf of Tonkin Resolution” that created his ‘reason’ for waging war against North Vietnam. In reality, that country suffered a civil war with no threat to the United States whatsoever. I remember my drill sergeant at Fort Benning barking at us, “We pledge our lives to Father Johnson for freedom. Now move out!” Johnson proved one of the most corrupt presidents in U.S. history. When he absorbed the enormity of his mistake, it broke him and he died a deeply depressed human being.

Forty years later, President George W. Bush started the Iraq War with his contrived “Weapons of Mass Destruction” charade that, thus far, killed 4,500 U.S. men and women along with 35,000 hideously wounded soldiers. He “shocked and awed” Afghanistan to stop al-Qaeda’s terrorist attacks while he left our southern border as open as a 24 hour mall—to any terrorist that wanted to waltz into the USA.

Eight years later, our kids serve and die in Iraq and Afghanistan without any purpose, no plan, no exit and no winning against those ancient civilizations. Even their own citizens want America out of their countries. The U.S. government espouses a continuing charade of fighting terrorism, but again, leaves America’s southern border open to one million unlawful aliens crossing annually.

Russia withdrew from Afghanistan after a bloody near-decade of killing its soldiers. For what? Answer: nothing!

Muslim culture sets the benchmark for violence against women and anyone outside that ancient religion. Tribal leaders behead, be-finger, hang and commit many types of barbaric savagery against their enemies.

After eight years, we lost more soldiers in Afghanistan this year than ever before. As we withdraw from Iraq, more bombs last month killed more people than ever before. Why? The people themselves battle one another for supremacy, i.e., Kurds, Sunni and Shiites. The same holds true for Afghanistan.

Last week, George Will said, “Genius sometimes consists of knowing when to stop.”

The United States remains a thorn in the side of world peace. We fight two “Purposeless Wars” for what? Answer: nothing! Except, a few folks make a lot of money!

At $12 billion per month expended for those wars, our Congress drives our civilization into a moral and financial black hole. No one wins or loses—everyone limps away.

Greg Dobbs, Evergreen, Colorado, said, “To retard al-Qaeda as we originally did is one thing. To burden ourselves with costly goals we cannot achieve is another. Now substitute Afghanistan for Iraq. It is their neighborhood, not ours, their culture, not ours, and their history, not ours.”

Michael Jacobs, Aurora, Colorado, commented, “As Kenny Rogers said, “Know when to hold ‘em, know when to fold ‘em and know when to walk away.” Not to walk away at this point and explore other avenues of intervention of influence would be the ‘calamitous mistake’ that historians will take note of in years to come.”

R. Keifer, Arvada, Colorado, “Let us pack up, swallow the neo-cons’ false pride, and try to reclaim what’s left of our nation.”

Finally, “How many people do we intend to kill to obtain whatever is our objective in Afghanistan? The Soviet Union killed a million before leaving…the flight schools in Florida were the training camps that made the tragedy for 9/11 possible. And the individuals responsible were not even from Afghanistan—17 of the hijackers were Saudi Arabians! What threat are these Afghanistans? That is one of the poorest nations in the world. They don’t have missiles, they don’t have nuclear weapons, no air force, they don’t even have a helicopter. What kind of threat to they pose to the U.S. that justifies killing them?”

I agree with George Will, “U.S. forces should be substantially reduced to serve a comprehensively revised policy: America should do only what can be done from offshore, using intelligence, drones, cruise missiles, airstrikes and small, potent Special units, concentrating on the porous 1,500 border with Pakistan, a nation that actually matters.”

Did you notice Will talked about securing Pakistan’s ‘porous’ border? How about President Obama and Congress securing our borders with our military troops?

In the final analysis, Iraq and Afghanistan must take care of their own civilizations and governing in their own ways according to their own cultures. Muslims abhor a republican form of government. Introducing highly sophisticated ‘democracy’ to ancient civilizations cannot and will not work no matter how many people stick their fingers into a bottle of dye and say, “I voted!” Already, in the elections last week with Karzi of Afghanistan, women suffered killings from death squads and Karzi’s supporters stuffed the ballot boxes with tens of thousands of bogus votes.

We must leave Iraq and Afghanistan today or tomorrow. The sooner the better! We cannot keep killing al-Qaeda because they replace themselves immediately. And, it’s their home. They will outlast us. The same would be true if anyone tried to invade the USA, we would defeat them because it’s our country. As a wise Japanese general said during WWII: “We cannot invade America; there is a rifle behind every blade of grass.”

As I said before, staying in Iraq and Afghanistan reminds me of sticking a hand in a pail of water. While in the water, the hand creates change. But once the hand withdraws, the water returns to its original condition. Whether we leave in a year or 10 years or vacated those countries five years ago, it would all return to an ancient culture. Just like Vietnam! In all, three purposeless wars caused enormous death, suffering, cost and global instability. It’s time for the U.S. to pursue the “peace option.”

Anchor Babies: Born In The USA

The Abuse of the Fourteenth Amendment—PART I

U.S. House member Nathan Deal introduced a new bill H.R. 1868 to stop 400,000 babies birthed annually by unlawful migrants to gain instant citizenship. Known as “Jackpot Babies or Anchor Babies”, these children cost U.S. taxpayers billions of dollars annually in medical as well as educational costs K-12. This three part series will give American citizens a mouthful of ashes as to what it costs them and what those anchor babies do to their medical, educational and prison systems.

Helping me with this series, Registered Nurse Stephany Gabbard, long term hospital employee saw this phenomenon up close and personal.

“My commute to work exceeds fifty miles but it gives me time to reflect,” Gabbard said. “It is 1987 and I am an obstetrical nurse working in the crowded San Fernando Valley of California. Tonight I drive to my job in “Labor and Delivery,” knowing the scenario before I arrive. Eight other nurses will battle through the night in this very busy obstetrical unit. Our patients are 99 percent pregnant illegal alien women who have broken United States immigration law to birth an American citizen child.

“This will be their families’ entry ticket into the United States. For them, no pesky visa applications and no waiting in line for several years like so many millions that enter this country through the front door. Pregnant Third World women have discovered that the only thing they have to do is cross the U.S.–Mexico border. The Fourteenth Amendment is their ticket.

“It is now seventeen years later and things have worsened. The babies I helped deliver are older teenagers. When they turn 21, they will be eligible to bring their family members from Mexico, Central America and South America, i.e., chain migration on an ever-accelerating spinning wheel. Whole industries have now developed around abusing the Fourteenth Amendment. Pregnant Korean tourists come to the U.S. on travel visas to have their “anchor” babies. Coyotes dealing in human traffic are paid $1,500.00 to $25,000.00 per person to shuttle pregnant illegal aliens across our southern border. Our politicians and elites wink at this blatant law breaking and do nothing. The colonization of our country continues with the cooperation of our government. That means your senator and representative aid this illegal baby invasion. None dare call it treason. Most Americans mistakenly trust their politicians to do the right thing. Congressional members from every state betray that trust daily.”

The Fourteenth Amendment: It’s a simple document, a constitutional amendment drafted after the Civil War to assure that newly emancipated black slaves would never be denied citizenship by the States. The drafters had no idea that years later it would be used to make a mockery of our immigration laws. Alan Wall, an American journalist living in Mexico states, “An illegal alien can cross the border, have a baby five
minutes later, and that baby is automatically declared a citizen of the USA automatically.”

The illegal aliens don’t have to go through any legal doors. They are exempt from that. They are, in fact, rewarded for disobeying U.S. laws by having their children granted automatic citizenship. In addition, the happy family is entitled to welfare benefits. And, illegal alien parents who have children born in the U.S. are seldom deported. That’s why their children are called “anchor babies” – they anchor their families securely in the USA.

It doesn’t have to be this way. Most European countries have done away with birthright citizenship because they experienced the same abuses we are seeing. The Irish Supreme Court recently ruled that immigrant parents could be deported even if they have an Irish child. “It was becoming common for ‘single pregnant woman’ to come to Ireland from countries outside the 15-nation EU, most frequently from Nigeria, to claim political asylum,” states Shawn Pogatchnik, AP writer. Ireland saw a wave of immigration abuse and promptly put a stop to it. Recently, the Irish voted to end birthright citizenship. Britain and Australia both changed their citizenship laws in the 1980’s for the same reasons. If you are born in Switzerland you will not automatically become a Swiss citizen. Why should Americans allow our country to be invaded by people who do not honor allegiance to our laws?

Allegiance is the key word. Senator Jacob Howard, co-author of the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment, stated in 1866, “Every Person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.”

The Fourteenth Amendment states,”(A) Persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States.”

However a proviso limits foreigners who have babies in America. It couldn’t be clearer, children of foreigners, aliens or diplomats, who are subject to the jurisdiction of their home country, are ineligible for citizenship. At the time the Fourteenth Amendment was ratified we didn’t have immigration laws. One hundred and thirty eight years later we are paying for the misinterpretation of it.

Congress has the power to step in and correct this wrong, but don’t hold your breath. There have been several bills dealing with this issue and most have died in committee. Except for a few brave individuals like former House member Tom Tancredo of Colorado and Rep. Goode of Virginia, there isn’t enough chutzpah on Capitol Hill to fill a thimble. Where are the Thomas Jefferson’s and Ben Franklin’s when we need them?

An important case, Hamdi vs Rumsfeld was recently heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. Yaser Hamdi was captured during the Afghanistan war fighting for the Taliban. It was later learned that he had been born in Louisiana to Saudi nationals when his father was employed as a chemical engineer on a work visa. The family subsequently moved back to Saudi Arabia where Hamdi was raised.

Hamdi sued the U.S. government for holding him in a Navy stockade for two years. He demanded full rights of U.S. citizenship since by accident he happened to be born here. The U.S. government wanted Hamdi charged as a non-combatant and denied due process. The U.S. government didn’t raise this issue because he wanted to end birthright citizenship but other groups saw the possibility to finally challenge this fatal flaw in our immigration law that is wrecking havoc on our country.

One such group, Friends of Immigration Law Enforcement, submitted a ‘friend of the court’ or Amicus brief. They asked the Supreme Court to address the issue of whether Hamdi should be considered an American citizen at all, since at the time of his birth his parents were foreign nationals with no fealty to this nation.

The decision came down several years ago and just like the rest of the elite establishment in this country the U.S. Supreme Court ignored the issue of birthright citizenship except for a brief statement by Justices Scalia and Stevens stating Hamdi was a “presumed American citizen.” I

So we live to fight another day. In the meantime the invasion/colonization of our country marches on.

America losing its Language and Culture without a whimper

Twenty years ago, Americans enjoyed walking into their supermarkets, banks, recreation halls and hardware stores with confidence knowing that cashiers, clerks and managers spoke English–America’s national language for 233 years.

Every immigrant that attained citizenship learned to speak English. But today, millions of illegal criminal aliens along with legal immigrants drive America’s language and culture into a fragmented polyglot pile of mush.

Without the ability to speak to ourselves, we fracture at the core of our national foundation. Without a common language, we cannot and do not communicate. You may witness other countries fracturing today because they let their immigrants displace their languages and cultures. Unhappy and unhealthy examples abound: France, United Kingdom, Holland, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Germany, Quebec, Malaysia, Lebanon and Belgium. Cyprus and Pakistan split. They all face major upheavals. You wonder why the leaders of those countries allowed the degradation of their own cultures and languages.

The great scholar Seymour Lipset said, “The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension and tragedy.”

Already in America, hundreds of Mexican radio and television stations supplant English and American culture by injecting Mexico’s culture and language into the heart of America. Author Mark Krikorian, The New Case Against Immigration: Both Legal and Illegal, said, “Those new transnationals have one foot in the USA and their ear to a cell phone and their other foot back in the old country. They never fully become Americans.”

Detroit resembles a second Baghdad with close to a million immigrant middle-easterners that refuse to speak English. You wonder why they took the time to migrate to the United States if they reinstate their countries within our country. Worse, what will become of them and us as they separate into their own little mini-state? A clash of cultures grows as their numbers grow.

They do not invest their minds or spirits into becoming Americans. Thus, this civilization fractures on many levels.

Why do we need a single language? Why do we need everyone driving on the right side of the road? Why do we need a single currency? Why do we need a single weights and measures?

Former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm said, “America has been successful because we have become one people. There is a “social glue” of a common language, a shared history, uniting symbols that tie us together. We live under a common flag, which we honor and salute. A nation is much more. It is a state of mind, a shared vision, and a recognition that we are all in this together. A nation needs a common language as it needs a common currency.”

Today, Los Angeles features 40 percent of its population foreign born. They wouldn’t know Thomas Jefferson from Al Capone. They couldn’t tell you any one of the Bill of Rights. They wouldn’t know Babe Ruth from the local janitor.

These days, when I walk into Wells Fargo, Wachovia, Home Depot, Lowes Hardware, Target, Wal-Mart and McDonald’s, or phone numerous other companies—I might as well be in a foreign country. Press ‘1’ for Spanish; press ‘2’ for English. Those businesses feature a language not of our country, which is a direct contradiction to our U.S. Constitution. I cannot understand anyone in line because they speak other languages. I am irritated that I must contend with my native language being undercut and undermined by my fellow pretend-Americans.

What further annoys me stems from the outright apathy and tolerance Americans display as their language and culture sink into mangled confusion. American whites, blacks and Hispanics fail to understand the loss of their own language.

In particular, blacks in America suffered loss of their language, culture and religion when they were dumped into an all white, European society. They have not recovered to this day if you look at black ghettoes, poverty, crime, drugs, homelessness, millions of unwed mothers and fatherless families as well as the lack of a spiritual foundation.

One reader Dave said, “On a more serious note, what disturbs me almost as much as our endless legal and illegal immigrant invasion is Anglo-Saxon apathy and tolerance. [I would add black and American Hispanic apathy] Our country is being turned into Los Estados Unidos in a not so subtle manner, yet we just don’t care.

“Could it be that we love Mexicans so much that we are willing to suffer the consequences just to bring about this dramatic demographic shift? Aren’t we angered that we are the only ethnic group not allowed any race based organizations or lobbies, while every other group has literally hundreds, if not thousands of such groups?

“Was there no one else angered a couple years ago when the Dodgers donated $100 to the Mexican college fund for every home run? I guess the Dodgers don’t want to help poor white kids get an education, but that is OK with White Dodger fans.

“Of course, it is also OK with us Anglos that both Obama and McCain address “La Raza”, when we do not even have a group to be addressed, and yet we could not care less that we have no representation.

“Instead, Anglos and blacks of every class just put out their collective welcome mats and in effect say, “Here, take our country.” And we smile graciously as we say it. I am sorry about the rant, but I would like to know if you could recommend some books and/or articles that can logically explain our apathy and tolerance, along with our willingness to give up our nation without the least bit of anger and resentment, and without a fight, despite what should be obvious future consequences? I am sure many of your loyal fans are wondering the same thing.” Thank you, Dave

To that question, I recommend Samuel Huntington’s Clash of Civilizations. Huntington explains our predicament. We suffer from a collective fear of our own history of slavery, racism and brutality to minorities. Instead of addressing what we suffer, we keep injecting ourselves with hundreds of more languages and cultures in a grand experiment that can only fail on every level. It fails in the aforementioned countries already deep into the quandary.

You may call it a “human dilemma” on a grand scale. Multiculturalism fails on every level and mixing languages within a country causes the tension, turmoil and tragedy noted by Seymour Lipset.

Final result for America: fractured into ethnic enclaves, tension-filled schools, loss of national identity, linguistic chaos, loss of cohesive culture and ultimate breakdown into factions dominated by competing religions and ethnic groups. We find ourselves becoming a nation of strangers.

What might save America?

• 10 year moratorium on all immigration
• Mandated English language
• No more push ‘1’ for Spanish
• All media must express in English
• All government documents in English
• Awareness that our congenial openness has pulled the rug from under our feet and our civilization
• Request meetings with congress-critters to move them to change to our country’s and our citizens’ benefit
• Finally, lower all immigration to less than 100,000 a year because that would allow a sustainable level that we can incorporate and maintain a national balance.

Senator Chris Romer most underhanded, dirty politician in Colorado

This week, Colorado State Senator Chris Romer proved himself more cunning and underhanded than Blackbeard the pirate. Romer shamed Al Capone. Chris Romer outgunned Bonnie and Clyde. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid couldn’t pull off a train robbery any better than Romer. When it comes to the Good, Bad and Ugly out of an Eastwood movie—Chris Romer proves the ugliest and the baddest of them all. Romer equals Benedict Arnold of the 21st century.

Of course, Romer rounded up a cast of shady “Hole in the Wall Gang” characters to accomplish his crime. While the lone Republican Ted Harvey, who would have vetoed SB09-170 to give illegal aliens in-state tuition, visited his ailing father in Florida– Romer hastily gathered his own gang. It consisted of ring leader Senator “Shoot Laws on Sight” Tapia. Also in the circle, Romer added Senator “Aunt Bee” Williams who resembles Mayberry RFD, but can’t bake a cherry pie. Romer engaged Senator “Bob Barker” Bacon too old to play golf and out of touch with 2009, but still able to pull off the heist of our laws. Romer grabbed Senator “Out of Touch” Hodge for a pancake breakfast at 7:30 a.m. at the capitol to swindle Colorado taxpayers. Senator “Save the Criminal Illegals” Sandoval couldn’t help vote to usurp our U.S. Constitution and degrade the Colorado Constitution which she swore on a Bible to uphold. And, like Eastwood in “Dirty Harry,” Romer strode to the podium, shot the Colorado Constitution and the U.S. Constitution between the eyes—and laughed at the dead corps of the law.

Instead of standing up to criminal aliens in the State of Colorado, Romer rewarded them with not only the keys to stay in Colorado, but promises for jobs once they ‘graduated’ from our colleges with ‘affirmative action degrees’ compliments of Colorado taxpayers.

During the “Crime of the Decade” in Colorado, Peter “The Lone Ranger” Boyles attempted to save our state by broadcasting the actual crime taking place. Boyles rode his silver bullet into the capitol, stuck a microphone into the proceedings and groaned at the anarchy he heard.

Senator “Roy Rogers” King and Senator “Hop-along-Cassidy” Kopp, standing up for all Coloradans and the rule of law, asked Romer how he could justify adding a $265 million tax burden with his criminal alien in-state tuition bill. They pointed out that SB09-170 violated federal laws and would cost Colorado taxpayers even more money when out-of-state students sued for the same privileges afforded out-of-country illegal aliens receiving in-state tuition.

Romer replied in a smarmy, yet condescending voice, “We must think of the future as these kids enter the workforce.”

Once again, Senator “Lie until I die” Romer forgot that criminal aliens can never legally work in Colorado or anywhere in the United States.

But once Senator “False Testimony” Romer finished his charade, his gang voted for the bill up the party line. The same group would have voted Bonnie and Clyde innocent of wrongdoing and Al Capone a national hero. They would have invited Butch and Sundance to dinner for robbing the train. All of them would have voted Lee Van Cliff their favorite ‘bad’ guy because they thought him a cute desperado.

The “Soft as a Charmin” Democrats denied manipulating the schedule. At that moment, a Pinocchio puppet in Italy grew his nose longer than the Goodyear blimp! Had Senator Harvey been in Denver, instead of caring for his family members, the bill would have died with a 5 to 5 vote.

Committee chairman Senator “Shoot Laws on Sight” Tapia, D-Pueblo, said the tuition bill was moved up to help clear out a backlog caused by delays in balancing the state budget. If you believe that, I can sell you 100,000 acres of Arctic tundra, as a housing development!

Not mentioned in the proceedings, Colorado suffers a $1.4 billion shortfall thus far in 2009. It features horrific corruption from a 500,000 to 700,000 criminal alien population in the state. It suffers total costs of $1.2 billion annually paying for criminal aliens as to education, medication and incarceration.

The Appropriations Committee should consider the financial implications of the bill. “Since fiscal analysts have said the tuition measure won’t cost the state money, there was no reason to wait for a vote,” Romer said.

After the vote, the entire Democrat “Hole in the Wall Gang” yukked it up in the halls, slapped each other on the back, and like Robert De Niro in the movie “Al Capone” took a ball bat to the back of the head of the Colorado taxpayer and our Constitution.

Colorado suffers 265,000 unemployed and living on food stamps, overcrowded schools, bankrupting hospitals, exploding prisons, empty food banks, 12,000 criminal alien gang members, entrenched corruption from employers, drunk criminal aliens killing Colorado citizens, car thefts, thousands of anchor babies and worse.

My question to “Lie till I die” Romer and his gang: if 500,000 criminal aliens in Colorado can get away with anarchy through immunity, how about one million or two million? How about giving their children in-state tuition? How about looking ahead to see California’s fiscal chaos and massive state debt caused by four million illegal criminal aliens?

As Eastwood said in “Dirty Harry”, “Well punk, did he shoot six shots or only five? You got to ask yourself, do you feel lucky, well do ya’ punk?”

If Romer’s “Hole in the Wall Gang” succeeds, Colorado and the U.S. Constitution lose along with every legal American citizen.

The Raging Monster Upon The Land

Hyper-Population Growth…

While Colorado and other western states stumble into the early years of the 21st century without a clue or plan—many futurists understand our greatest dilemma: hyper-population growth.

Nonetheless, it remains the most avoided, ducked, evaded and shunned topic by the media and national leaders. Yet, no matter how much we ignore it, overpopulation grows as the ‘raging monster across the American landscape.”

E.O. Wilson, famed Harvard researcher, wrote a book, The Diversity of Life, published in 1992 by W.W. Norton and Company. When you read it, you realize we’re a full 17 years past 1992. In that time, the USA added 51 million people. At the same time, water, energy, land and resources remained static. They will remain fixed for the foreseeable future.

While we add population, nature won’t add more water, energy, land or resources. For some esoteric reason, millions of Americans think nothing about that sobering reality while current demographic projections show 100 million people added to the USA in 30 years.

What am I attempting? I expect, with your help, to drive this nation toward a “U.S. Sustainable Population Policy” that brings our population into balance with our water, land and resources. In other words, living within our carrying capacity! We must avoid India and China’s mistakes!

Wilson said, “The raging monster upon the land is population growth. In its presence, sustainability is but a fragile theoretical construct. To say, as many do, that the difficulties of nations are not due to people but to poor ideology or land-use management is sophistic.”

Yet, this week, a reader of my columns wrote me that overpopulation is not a problem. He said that I was a ‘globalist’ and flat-out wrong! “God will feed everyone born,” he stated.

I returned with the sobering fact that 18 million human beings die of starvation annually and of that number, 10 million children suffer starvation deaths annually. (Source: World Health Organization)

“Nope!” he said. “You’re wrong.”

Finally, in total exasperation I wrote back Einstein’s words: “Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds.”

I cannot educate illiteracy, so I work with those that think critically.

“If Bangladesh had 10 million inhabitants, instead of 144 million (in a land mass the size of Iowa), its impoverished people could live on prosperous farms away from the dangerous flood plains in the midst of a natural and stable upland environment,” Wilson said. “It is also sophistic to point to the Netherlands and Japan, as many commentators do, as models of densely populated, but prosperous societies. Both are highly specialized industrial nations dependent upon massive imports of natural resources from the rest of the world.

“If all nations held the same number of people per square kilometer, they would converge in quality of life to Bangladesh rather than to the Netherlands and Japan, and their irreplaceable natural resources would soon join the Seven Wonders of the World as scattered vestiges of an ancient history.”

Wilson promotes the most rational plan for humanity:

“Every nation has an economic policy and a foreign policy,” Wilson said. “By this, I mean not just the capping of growth when the population hits the wall, as in China and India, but a policy based on a rational solution of this problem: What, in the judgment of its informed citizenry, is the optimal population, taken for each country in turn, placed against the backdrop of global demography?”

Wilson, like this writer, understands the clear urgency of a national population policy. It’s not like we can languish indolently while we add 100 million in 30 years as if we remain immune to consequences. Horrific symptoms already ram down our civilization’s throat. Has anyone heard of a state called California where their water crisis now demands water from the “toilet to the tap?”

“The goal of an optimal population will require addressing, for the first time, the full range of processes that lock together the economy and environment, the national interest and the global commons, the welfare of the present generation and with that of future generations,” Wilson said. “The matter should be aired not only in think tanks but in public debate. If humanity then chooses to breed itself and the rest of life into impoverishment, at least it will have done so with open eyes.”

I make this unequivocal statement: “Over population will become THE single greatest crisis facing humanity in the 21st century. Either we take action to change course or Mother Nature cannot help but respond with a whirlwind of consequences we shall not escape.”

Betraying American Citizens…

Last week, after millions of phone calls and faxes reached all 100 U.S. Senators, our government stripped the E-Verify from the $800 billion stimulus package.

What does that mean? It means, according to Robert Rector of the Heritage Foundation, a minimum of 500,000 criminal aliens and as many as 1.5 million more of them will gain jobs from American taxpayer dollars. In other words, undermine the American worker by using his own money to give jobs to criminal aliens.

As CNN’s Jack Cafferty said, “This recession-depression isn’t that bad and unemployment is only at 8.1 percent and we’ve only lost 4.4 million jobs in the last 15 months. What’s wrong with giving a few hundred thousand jobs away to people who shouldn’t even be in the country in the first place? This is your government at work.”

Thankfully, seventy-five members of Congress asked House leaders last Tuesday to shut down a loophole allowing billions in economic stimulus funds for 300,000 to 1.4 million construction workers who are in the country illegally.

“I believe that this figure may be low,” said Rep. Cliff Stearns, R-FL. “We owe it to the American workers and to American taxpayers to ensure that their money does not go to employ workers in our country illegally.”

To illustrate the incredible fraud in the U.S. Senate, the House version of the package included a requirement that legal residency be verified. But that provision vanished in the Senate package signed by Obama.

By Tuesday, 75 representatives from both sides of the aisle sent a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Minority Leader John Boehner.

They said, “…protect taxpayers and legal workers by including these critical jobs protection provisions in any future economic recovery legislation.”

Steven Camarota, director of research for the Center for Immigration Studies, www.cis.org, said, “The 300,000 figure applies only to the construction portion of the $787 billion stimulus package. Spending in that sector is expected to generate about two million jobs, and illegal workers comprise about 15 percent of the construction workforce. At least another one million non-construction jobs are expected to be generated by stimulus spending. Because about five percent of the overall U.S. workforce consists of illegal workers, that would be another 50,000 jobs that “could be” going to illegals.”

Do you think a ‘higher’ form of corruption works in this sorry stimulus package? You would be correct!

Unknown to most Americans and hidden from them by this Congress and the mainstream media, 20 million criminal aliens along with millions of legal migrants to this country send $80 billion back to their home countries annually in the form cash remittances.

“The fact that illegal aliens send a substantial portion of their earnings abroad reduces the stimulus effect that their employment has inside the United States,” says Robert Rector, senior research fellow with the Heritage Foundation. “It’s outrageous that in a bill designed to provide employment for Americans, Congress has deliberately chosen to allow jobs to be given to illegal immigrants.”

Who did it? House speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senator Majority Leader Harry Reid, and President Obama present three distinct possibilities.

“It was somebody high up in the Democratic Party,” Rector said. “We don’t know who it was beyond that.”

If you look at the pro-immigrant lobbyists and the U.S Chamber of Commerce that represents corporate America, you might gain a pretty good clue.

Rector said, “The stimulus bill was the worst case of special-interest lobbying and secrecy that I have seen in Washington in a quarter of a century. It was very clear that they rushed that bill through as rapidly as they possibly could because they did not want the American public to understand what was in the so-called stimulus bill.”

I called my two senators in Colorado; Senator Mark Udall and Michael Bennett. Both democrats! Both voted E-Verify down. Curiously, our Governor Ritter designated Bennett the new Colorado senator when Senator Salazar ascended to Secretary of the Interior. You wouldn’t think Bennett could be corrupted within two months in office, but again, you would be wrong.

Their office aids blew enough smoke up…well, you know what I mean.

The level of corruption in the U.S. Congress rivals third world countries. With straight faces, those men and women pretend to represent American citizens while they lie and cheat them at every level. They allow 20 million illegal aliens free-roaming access within our country. They undermine immigration law enforcement. They refuse to enforce the “War on Drugs” by closing down our borders with troops.

They promote insourcing, outsourcing and offshoring of American jobs. They refuse to mandate English as our national language while watch our educational systems collapse under multiple languages. They look the other way while taxpayers shell out billions for the exploding ‘anchor baby’ phenomenon. They force American taxpayers to pay for education and medical care for millions of criminal aliens.

Congress twiddles its thumbs, while, and this is the latest figure, 31.1 million Americans live on food stamps. While that’s happening, Obama promotes full amnesty for 20 million criminal aliens and Congress didn’t include E-Verify in the stimulus package to make sure as many of them as possible could take jobs from American citizens.

As Jack Cafferty said, “Your government at work.”
